  內容:    Traditionally, white wine, sparkling wine, and rosé wine should be served chilled, while wine should be served warmer.Does serving temperature really affect the flavor of wine? HongKong Winetrader-Supreme Only , said that whether wine needs to be chilled does not depend on white wine or wine, and "wine body" is the real deciding factor.
Full-bodied wines usually require a higher serving temperature to allow the aromas in the wine to develop more easily. For light-bodied wines, the aroma in the wine is very easy to disperse, and the taste will be more refreshing after being chilled.
White wine is usually lighter in body than wine, so it tastes better when chilled. However, this is not absolute. For example, the white wine brewed from the Rhone Valley in France is relatively full-bodied, and excessive cooling will destroy its taste. In addition,Lighter-bodied wines, such as Pinot Noir wines, become even cooler when chilled slightly.
